This project involved the addition of both a rear and side extension to enhance the home’s functionality and spatial flow. As an addition to the open space created by demolishing the internal wall and forming an open-plan connection between the kitchen and living room, a utility room and a new ground-floor bathroom were incorporated to further improve practicality and support the needs of daily living.

The extension also opens up the rear of the property, forming a bright, generous living space connected to the garden through large bifold doors. This strong indoor–outdoor relationship brings in natural light, improves ventilation, and creates a seamless transition between the home and the outside, giving the space a more expansive and integrated feel.
